Do you do custom pieces?
Yes, upon contact with the "Special Request" box on the main page you are able to submit a request for a certain fabric, color, style or other. All requests will be taken into consideration and will be get a response within 1 business day. Leave as much detail as possible and I will respond with additional questions. Custom pieces will be invoiced before completion and are non exchangable or returnable.
Can I return or exchange?
At this time, returns are not accepted, however exchanges are welcomed within a week
of purchase. If you recieve an item that is not of your liking or defective, please messege through Facebook or the contact form within 3-4 days of purchase date.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping is always $5 within the domestic US. Outside of this area will be an additional charge at the expense of the customer. Local pickups are welcomed allthough will be available for pickup 1-2 business days after order is placed. Customer will be contacted and communicated with as to a pick up location. Indigo Embers is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Shipping cost for exchanges is the responsibility of the customer. USPS will be used for shipping unless specified by customer.
How do you decide on colors, fabrics, etc?
Staying up on the latest trends is huge, especially when it comes to color. The pieces are designed to compliment the current seasons fashion and accessory trends. Utilizing the Pantone Color Guide and fashion forecasts play a big part as well. I choose fabrics in a strategic way that makes me proud of the piece that is designed for you.
Can you wash the bags?
Yes! Most bags are a cold gentle cycle and a hang to dry, but watch in each product for specific instructions if a fabric is unique. Momma and busy gal friendly ;)
